• Member Data: Names and contact info as entered by Church Admins.
• Financial Data: Donation history and contribution records. We use industry-standard encrypted processors; we do not store full credit card numbers on our local servers.
• Usage Data: Log files, IP addresses, and device information to ensure platform security.

3. How We Use Data

We use collected data solely to provide the Ministry Hub service, including:

• Generating financial reports for Treasurers and Pastors.
• Facilitating worship coordination and member engagement.
• Ensuring role-based security and preventing unauthorized access.

4. Data Ownership

The Church owns its data. Micklyn Digital acts as a data processor. We do not sell, rent, or trade your church or member data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
