Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account on MinistryHub, you agree to these terms on behalf of your church organization. MinistryHub is a product of Micklyn Digital.

2. Description of Service

MinistryHub provides a cloud-based church management system including financial tracking, worship planning, and member management. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features to improve the service.

3. Fees and Billing

• Pricing: Service is billed at $5 per member per month.
• Free Trial: New accounts receive a 30-day trial. After the trial, a valid payment method is required to maintain access.
• Cancellations: You may cancel at any time. Micklyn Digital does not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months of service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MinistryHub for any unlawful activities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your role-based login credentials (Admin, Pastor, Treasurer, etc.).

5. Limitation of Liability

Micklyn Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
